Normally our first order of business is to have a member of our team work with you to prepare your tax returns and financial statements. Working with you to complete this essential service gives us an opportunity to get to know you and your situation so, with your permission, we can discuss additional services and products to help you better manage your finances and grow your wealth. Depending on your situation our accountants and financial advisors will help you reduce your debt quicker, find better financing, make better investments, pay less taxes, and more.

Service Fees

Our rates are based on an hourly fee dependent upon the skill level of your service provider. We will provide a free estimate for the services you need.

Payment is due on completion of services provided. We are happy to offer a regular monthly fee to make your budget requirements a breeze.

Our Guarantee

We are committed to looking after your business as if it were our own. As a client you deserve the finest possible service and if you are dissatisfied with any of our service for ANY reason, please contact us immediately. If your complaint is fair and reasonable and is not acted on within 48 hours and/or the situation is not rectified within a reasonable time, we will refund the full fee paid by you relating to the complaint.

The team will make every effort to meet all deadlines in a timely and efficient manner. All phone calls will be returned within 24 hours during normal business working hours. We will notify you immediately if a problem is encountered and within 24 hours a solution will be presented. The team is a part of your business and your family and can be reached by telephone, fax or email to assist you anytime the need arises. Fees will be discussed prior to any engagement and any fee adjustments necessary as a result of change in scope will be discussed when they arise.
